Our treats are prepared close to order using fresh ingredients, locally sourced fruit where possible, homemade granola, and no artificial preservatives. We don't believe eating well should mean giving up the joy of a really good treat.

Alice 'Zapphire' Johnson is the founder of Zapphire Minimart, a brand born from her personal love for healthier snacks and her own experience of wanting delicious food that didn’t leave her feeling like she had to choose between enjoying a treat and eating well.
She turned it into a business built around giving other people in Lagos the same experience: food that feels wholesome without feeling like a compromise. That personal connection still shapes how every order is prepared—with attention, consistency, and genuine care.
For us, growing the brand doesn't mean becoming distant from the people we serve. It means finding better ways to give more people the same thoughtful experience.
